OJR is a full service structural engineering firm, which has extensive experience in designing all types of new structures including office buildings, retail shopping centers and malls, institutional, residential, educational, health, hotel, and religious buildings.

BUILDING ASSESSMENTS

OJR performs building assessments of existing structures for current owners and for potential purchasers.

FACADE RESTORATION

We are also consultants for numerous facade restoration projects, providing detailed structural solutions for all required corrective work.

CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATION

During the construction administration phase, our teams review all shop drawings and submittals in a timely manner, as well as respond to all requests for information. As field conditions are discovered during alteration projects, our team performs site visits to determine cost effective design solutions.

TENANT WORK

OJR provides engineering services for all types of tenant work and relocations within existing structures.

ALTERATION PROJECTS

OJR has performed structural design for numerous alteration projects including horizontal and vertical expansions to existing structures.
